7.0. VHCS Software und Dokumentation Lizenz

Alle PHP-Codes von der VHCS Software stehen unter der Mozilla Public Licence ("MPL") Version 1.1.

Der Einsatz der MPL durch moleSoftware erlaubt es den Programmierern, den Code in
ihren Anwendungen zu verwenden unabhängig davon, ob die beabsichtigte
Veröffentlichung als Public Lösungen oder als kommerzielle Software erfolgt, solange
die Bedingungen der Lizenz erfüllt sind. Für detailliertere Erklärungen ist eine
kommentierte Version der MPL verfügbar.

The VHCS public licencing agreement is provided below for your information.
Any downloaded files from this site is subject to this agreement. This is a
legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and
moleSoftware GmbH regarding use of the software accompanying this
Agreement ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the
terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

The Software refers to the following program: VHCS - Virtual Hosting Control System

The Software is provided to you free of charge. Should you accept the terms of this agreement,
moleSoftware GmbH will grant you the personal and non-exclusive right to install
and use the software.

MODIFICATION, REPRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION.

• You may reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of the Software;
  provided that each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright
  and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this legal agreement.
  Copies of the Software may not be distributed for profit either on a standalone
  basis or included as part of your own product.
• You may make modifications to the Software and distribute your modifications, in
  a form that is separate from the Software, such as patches. The following restrictions
  apply to modifications:
• Modifications must not alter or remove any copyright notices in the Software.
• When modifications to the Software are released under this license, a non-exclusive
  right is granted to the initial developer of the Software to distribute your modification
  in future versions of the Software provided such versions remain available under these
  terms in addition to any other license(s) of the initial developer.

You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the software. You may not
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE
COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US THAT SUPERSEDES
ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS
BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
